The Magnetek power platform is a modular power system providing up to 3000 Amps power for -48V systems, using Magnetek's 50 Amp rectifiers. Plug 'n play technology allows for easy system configuration. System capacity can be increased by simply plugging additional rectifiers into the existing mounting space in the power bay. No set-up or adjustment is required. The Magnetek platform design allows the user to appropriately size a power plant up to 3000 Amp and provide load power, battery float current and battery recharge current. The components of this Magnetek power system includes the control unit, the 48V-50A rectifier modules and the supplemental distribution bay. Each power bay can accommodate up to 30 rectifiers (Standard Version) providing 1500 Amps of DC power and is capable of controlling them through the control unit which monitors the entire power system.
