Magnetek Telecom Power Systems supplies Standard, NEC2400 and PS Series Power Systems with and without battery backup. Standard Power Systems are suitable for powering any Telecom equipment that is designed to operate with or without battery backup. The normal operating voltage range should be from -55.2 to -42.0 DC. Some of the equipment presently being powered by Magnetek Telecom Power -48 Volt DC Power Systems are Nortel, Alcatel, Seimens,
Motorola, Fujitsu, and Ericsson.
NEC 2400 Power Systems are designed to supply power to equipment that must operate within a narrow voltage range of 50.5 Volts to 42 Volts. While this narrow range power system was designed for the NEC 2400 it is also used for any equipment with a narrow range of input voltage. Some equipment that requires this type power system are older Northern Telecom PBX models, DC powered
Avaya voice mail systems, Ericsson PBX models and Hitachi PBX systems.
